Personal debt settlement seems to be seen as a viable strategic option for people struggling with credit card debt. I've been oberserving the trend pretty closely and it is quite difficult to understand what you are getting for your money. I am personally aware there are a large group of debt settlement providers out in the market that provide outstanding debt solutions and the debt settlement customers truely feel the benefit, but I have also seen there are a number of debt consolidation providers in the market that are focused on collecting customer payments and enrolling new customers. This is obviosly why there is new government regulation managing the debt negotiation industry. My best friend worked with a debt negotiation business and was very very very satisfied with the outcome.
